LinkedUnion gives participating Ohio State Building Trades affiliates access to the statewide lead-funneling system. Every affiliate receives qualified leads based on geography, trade selection, and the information a prospective member submits — plus a dashboard to work them.
These are the live properties LinkedUnion built for the Ohio State Building Trades. Each one captures a different kind of prospect, and every submission enters the same routing engine — tagged by county, trade and who the person says they are.
A prospect picks a trade, clicks their county, and gets the local with jurisdiction. The popover captures name, email, phone, and whether they are a student, parent, counselor or veteran.
Highest volume source View the mapThe case for the trades aimed at students: no tuition, no debt, a posted wage scale, and the ladder from apprentice to owner.
Student intake View pageThe workforce argument for contractors and community leaders, with the Ohio shortage figures and three concrete ways to help.
Contractor & civic intake View pageTwelve questions on how someone likes to work, returning the crafts that fit. A prospect who finishes the quiz arrives already sorted by trade.
Pre-qualified by trade Take the quizAn eight-rung career tool from middle school to owning the company, showing what each stage asks and what it pays.
Deep engagement View pageRegistration and scheduling for the four-hour training Ohio law requires of counselors serving grades 7–12. Counselor-sourced leads convert best of any channel.
Highest conversion rate View pageDistricts and schools book a group visit to a JATC. Each request brings a school contact plus a student head count.
Group volume View formTrade profiles, local contacts and interest forms in the pocket of every student a counselor or recruiter talks to. Push notifications reopen the conversation.
Starter package and abovePrevailing wage, project labor agreements and right-to-work — the advocacy pages that bring in contractors, officials and members who want to get involved.
Advocacy & civic View pageEvery submission runs the same path. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be forwarded by hand.
A prospect submits a form on any of the eight sources. Name, contact details, trade interest and role are recorded together.
The system tags the lead by county, by trade selected, and by who the person says they are — student, parent, counselor, veteran or other.
The lead goes to the affiliate holding jurisdiction for that county and trade. If no affiliate is enrolled yet, it is held in a State Council queue rather than lost.
Your designated representatives see it in the dashboard, get an email notification, and move it through the stages as they make contact.
Funnel and conversion reporting shows what arrived, what was contacted, and what became an application — by source and by representative.
This is where an affiliate works its pipeline. Click any stage below to advance a lead and watch the counters move — it is a live demo with fictional records.

Why this matters. A lead nobody calls is worth nothing. The dashboard records who contacted whom and when, so the State Council can report response time by affiliate — and so an affiliate can show its own board what the program returned.
All packages are billed monthly with no upfront implementation fee. Affiliates pay the monthly fee for funnel and dashboard access whether or not they launch an app for members.

Affiliates and councils already running a CRM do not have to work two systems. LinkedUnion can build an API connection so leads flow from the statewide funnel straight into your existing records, with stage changes syncing back.
HubSpot is the most common request, and connections to other platforms are available. Because every CRM deployment differs in objects, field mapping and permissions, integrations sit outside the standard packages.
API work, data migrations and any service outside a standard package are scoped individually. Tell us the platform, the objects you need mapped and whether you need two-way sync, and we will provide a written quote.
Enrollment takes a short call: we confirm your counties and trades, add your designated representatives to the dashboard, and leads begin routing. No implementation fee, and billing is monthly.
